Refund & Replacement Policy – T7 MEN

At T7 MEN, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Replacements

We only offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product leaked or defective during delivery

To request a replacement/refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video/photos
  • Issue details

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

For COD orders, refund may be processed via:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
